The pad has full hookups including electrical, water, sewage, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. The park is zoned for recreational use and includes 2 daily rounds of golf at the adjacent Pheasant Run Golf Club (cart not included) which is only a short walk to the golf clubhouse. The gated resort offers two clubhouse facilities, a swimming pool and jacuzzi, laundry facilities, daily garbage collection, fishing lake and on-site management. An optional rental pool is available for members to participate in with management handling the nightly rentals.
